Today the office of the Palestinian Prime Minister and the PA Cabinet issued a major new document on the ongoing state and institution-building project launched one year ago. Entitled “Homestretch to Freedom; The Second Year of the 13th Government Program Palestine: Ending the Occupation, Establishing the State,” the new document lays out detailed plans for the second year of the project.
