Homestretch to Freedom: The Second Year of the 13th Government Program.

2- Social development: Social protection and empowerment; general and pre-school education; higher education; vocational and technical training; health; empowerment of women; youth and sports
3- Economic development: Industry, services and business promotion; investment and foreign trade; consumer protection; labour; agriculture and rural development; telecommunications and IT; tourism and antiquities
4- Infrastructure: Transportation; international gateways; energy; water; waste-water; solid waste; environment and natural resources; housing and public buildings
