Staff, interns, Board Members and friends of the American Task Force on Palestine & Americans for Peace Now gathered Tuesday evening, July 27th at the Asalis' home to celebrate the conclusion of our successful joint summer internship program. ATFP & APN Staff and Board Members had the chance to spend some time with the very impressive, young people who have been working with us this summer.

Both ATFP and APN were delighted to each host one New Story Leadership intern over the summer: Mariam Ashour who is from Gaza, Palestine interned with APN and Noam Rabinovich who is from Israel interned with ATFP. Both Noam and Mariam along with our other 5 interns made ATFP's and APN's summer a particularly enjoyable and productive one! We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all our interns for all of their hard work and the energy and enthusiasm they brought with them!

Also, a very sincere "thank you" to everyone who joined us and to Dr. and Naila Asali for welcoming us into their home - thank you!
