Ruba graduated from Birzeit University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Finance in 2002. She has 4 years of experience in USAID projects in Palestine. She is a current Fulbright Scholar at Eastern Mennonite University, Virginia where she is pursuing her MA degree in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding. Through her internship, Ruba hopes to learn about coalition building among advocacy organizations in DC. After the completion of her internship, she will return to her home country, Palestine, to start her career in peacebuilding.
