From Voorhees, New Jersey, Stephen Mathany is a recent graduate from American University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations focusing on the Middle East and United States Foreign Policy, with a minor in Arabic. Stephen became interested in the Palestinian/Israeli peace process while studying Middle Eastern history at American University and further gained interest while studying abroad in Alexandria, Egypt in 2009.
