After realizing that a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict can only be achieved through a more pragmatic discourse, I chose to pursue an internship with ATFP in hopes of working to promote this idea. I am presently en route to finishing up my final semester of a Joint Honours in Middle Eastern Studies and International Development at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and then hope to travel and pursue a Master’s Degree in Conflict Studies with a focus on the Middle East. Prior to coming to ATFP I have worked with the RI Commission for Human Rights and have conducted research on the impacts of Sharia Law in Nigeria for conflict resolution as well as on the use of open source analysis in the present conflict in Syria.
